Winter Wash Pass

Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a Winter Wash Pass, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

Each Winter Wash Pass is valid for one registered vehicle only and may not be shared, transferred, or used for another vehicle.

Washes must be used during the stated Winter Wash Pass period and according to the agreed schedule. Unused or missed washes have no cash value and are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Each pass includes one complimentary reschedule during the program. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Additional missed or cancelled appointments will be considered used washes.

Customers are responsible for arriving at their scheduled appointment time. Significant delays may result in the appointment being shortened, rescheduled where possible, or counted as a missed wash if the service can no longer be completed within the scheduled time.

In the event of severe weather, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, holidays, or circumstances that prevent us from completing the scheduled wash, we reserve the right to reschedule the appointment. A reschedule initiated by us will not count toward the customer's one permitted reschedule.

The Winter Wash Pass covers our standard maintenance hand-wash service only. Vehicles requiring excessive mud, salt buildup, heavy contamination, tar removal, sap removal, excessive bug removal, stain removal, interior cleaning, paint decontamination, or other services beyond a normal maintenance wash may require an additional charge.

While reasonable care is taken during every service, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose or improperly installed trim, damaged paint, failing clear coat, pre-existing scratches, chips, cracks, aftermarket components, or other defects that may become apparent during the cleaning process.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of purchase to activate and reserve the Winter Wash Pass. The remaining 50% balance is due after the halfway point of the pass (after Wash #6). Continued use of the pass is conditional upon the outstanding balance being paid when due.

Winter Wash Pass purchases are final sale and non-refundable once the program has begun. Choosing not to use scheduled washes, selling the vehicle, travelling, or otherwise being unavailable does not entitle the customer to a full or partial refund.

All included washes must be redeemed before the stated expiration date. Unused washes do not roll over beyond the program period.

The Wash Pass provides access to scheduled maintenance washes but does not guarantee alternative appointment times outside the customer's regular schedule. Any requested changes are subject to shop availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in cases of misuse of the program, non-payment, unsafe vehicle condition, abusive behaviour, or repeated failure to attend scheduled appointments.
